When I looked for a trainer online, his offer and his resume convinced me and he didn't disappoint me. On the contrary, he came, saw and conquered. The positive feedback and motivation from Lars helped me to keep going, even when it was very difficult to stick to it (e.g. during Christmas). Lars took into account my needs when he noticed that certain rules were demotivating me, and we slightly changed our eating habits. Sport was also very important during this time, the strength training program was very well executed and easily integrated into everyday life. I am very satisfied with the results, -30 lbs in 6 months exceeded my expectations. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of the 6 months duration and everything online, but it was the right approach. You were able to build me up during the low phases, that it will continue and the goal will be achieved. You could always motivate me when nothing happened on the scale for two days. About me

Time to pull the ripcord – When I saw the number “250 LBS” on the scale, I knew that it couldn’t continue like this; I had to lose weight!

Through a slow but consistent change in diet and the implementation of movement in my daily life, I was able to sustainably burn 70 lbs of fat within half a year and reach my ideal weight.

After my successful transformation, I decided not to keep the knowledge and experience I had learned to myself, but to share it widely. As a personal trainer, nutritionist and coach, I therefore help not only people near my city, but also anyone who wants to improve their body and health long-term, no matter if you come from the US,  Canada, the UK, or Australia.

Lars hat mich dieses Jahr seit Februar begleitet. Es war die beste Entscheidung sich Hilfe von Lars zu suchen. Da ich unzählige Gespräche mit “Coaches” hatte die versprachen das ich abnehmen würde, war ich noch sehr verunsichert. Die Gespräche sind immer die selben. Ich gab Lars eine Chance und wie mein Gefühl mir sagte, war ich schon nach dem ersten Gespräch begeistert. Er geht einen ganz anderen WICHTIGEN Weg. Es geht nämlich nur um DICH. Endlich musste ich nicht auf unzählige Sachen verzichten oder komische Mahlzeiten zubereiten die mir nicht schmecken. Lars hat immer einen Tipp parat und kennt sich bei dem Thema Ernährung sehr gut aus.
Im Jahr 2014 wog ich das letzte mal unter 60kg. Nach fast 7 Jahren hab ich es endlich mit Lars wieder unter 60kg hinbekommen. Ich fühle mich besser und viel fitter. Auch Sport bereitet mir jetzt einen riesen Spaß und ohne das ich unbedingt in ein Fitnessstudio gehen muss. Lars ist ein cooler Typ, sehr freundlich und ist immer bei Fragen zu erreichen. „Wir sind bei 82,6kg gestartet und im Oktober wog ich dann 58,5kg, also insgesamt 24,1kg“

„Die Gespräche waren gut, und vor allem die Tipps in Sachen Ernährung waren sehr hilfreich. Auch das Controlling über WhatsApp ist super hilfreich, das ist eine Vorgehensweise, die man immer wieder verwenden kann. Die Kombination aus Tipps, Rechtfertigungsdruck gegenüber einem Dritten und der finanziellen Investition haben bei mir zum Erfolg geführt“

„Das Reporting durch WhatsApp und die Analyse der Mahlzeiten hat mir sehr geholfen. Hier sieht man wirklich, was man alles zu sich nimmt. Außerdem drängst du einem nicht deine Methoden oder Training auf, sondern wählt die Methode, die individuell zu einem passt“
